Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping options?
We ship via DHL Express for fast and safe delivery. Shipping rates are based on your location. We offer:
- Free shipping in Italy on orders over €100
- Free shipping in Europe on orders over €200
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over €300
For orders below these amounts, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed, DHL will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- 1-2 business days for orders within Italy,
- 2-3 business days for orders within Europe,
- 3-4 business days for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email from DHL with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If damaged, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after accepting it, contact us at shop@doctorgskincare.com within 10 days, and we’ll help with the return process. Be sure to keep the original packaging for verification.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If you encounter an issue with a product, please send us an email with a photo of the product to shop@doctorgskincare.com, and we will promptly resolve the situation.
How do I return a product, and what if I’ve already used it?
You can return unopened items within 28 days by emailing us your order details at shop@doctorgskincare.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Used items can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons, but we’d love to hear your feedback to help improve our products.
Will I be charged customs duties?
For orders within the EU, no customs fees apply—everything is duty paid (DDP).
For orders outside the EU, your package will be shipped delivery duty unpaid (DDU). This means you may need to pay customs duties or local taxes, which are based on your country’s regulations and aren’t covered by Doctor G. Skincare.

How many points do I get per purchase?
You’ll earn 1 point for every euro spent.
How can I use my points?
Use your points for discounts (e.g., 250 points = €5 discount). You can use up to 1,000 points per order. Points can’t be turned into cash.If damaged, please refuse the delivery. Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire as long as the program is active.
